Please note that we only accept returns for cabinets that are in K/D (knock-down) condition, in new condition, and in their original and open packaging. Assembled cabinets are not accepted for return. Upon return, all products will be subject to inspection. 5.2. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, we ask that you notify us within 4 days of the shipment date. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping damages, dents, assembled or scratches. We will not issue replacements for any damaged items that have been altered, assembled or installed, such as items with handles or other modifications, unless the damage falls under factory warranty coverage. All replacement items will be shipped via ground carrier, and we are unable to accommodate expedited shipping for replacements.
For claims, all damaged items must be reported at one time. Submitting claims in multiple stages may result in additional charges or delays. Please be aware that some replacement parts may be subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied.
Please be aware that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original payment. All returns will be processed to the original payment method, the buyer will also be responsible for the return freight costs.
