4.3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Products within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and the size/weight of the Products. Estimated delivery times are provided, but are not guaranteed.
5. Returns and replacement policy
5.1. Please note that we only accept returns for cabinets that are in K/D (knock-down) condition, in new condition, and in their original and open packaging. Assembled cabinets are not accepted for return. Upon return, all products will be subject to inspection. 5.2. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, we ask that you notify us within 4 days of the shipment date. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping damages, dents, assembled or scratches. We will not issue replacements for any damaged items that have been altered, assembled or installed, such as items with handles or other modifications, unless the damage falls under factory warranty coverage. All replacement items will be shipped via ground carrier, and we are unable to accommodate expedited shipping for replacements.
5.3. For claims, all damaged items must be reported at one time. Submitting claims in multiple stages may result in additional charges or delays. Please be aware that some replacement parts may be subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied.
5.4. Please be aware that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original payment. All returns will be processed to the original payment method, the buyer will also be responsible for the return freight costs.
6. Claim Submission:
6.1. In order to process a replacement claim, we require photographs of the damaged items. Please upload these images and email them to warranty@mkkitchenandbath.com. The photographs should clearly show the reason for the replacement claim (e.g., shipping damage, defects). Claims without accompanying photographs will not be processed and will be denied. 6.2. By submitting a claim, the undersigned agrees to the above terms and affirms that the information provided is accurate and true to the best of their knowledge.
- Ensure that you inspect the cabinets immediately upon receipt and report any damage within 4 days of delivery. This time frame is typically required to ensure that the issue is reported in a timely manner. If the damage is found inside the box (meaning it was not caused during installation), it may be accepted as part of the return policy, but confirmation is needed.
- Take clear, high-quality photos showing the damage. The photos should be taken while the cabinets are still in the original packaging.This ensures that the damage is shown as it was received, not during the installation process.
- To provide a thorough visual record, take multiple pictures from different angles around the damaged area. Make sure the photos focus on the damage itself (scratches, dents, cracks, etc.) and show the surrounding area to indicate that it was not caused by installation.
- Submit the pictures, along with a brief explanation of the damage, to the supplier or customer service team. Include the following:
- A description of the damage.
- Your order number.
- The photos showing the damage and packaging.
- Any additional documents required (e.g., receipt or proof of delivery).
- After submitting the documentation, wait for confirmation from the supplier or manufacturer regarding the availability of replacement items.
Depending on the availability of stock, they will either:
- Ship a replacement item.
- Offer an alternative solution, such as a refund or repair if the item is no longer available.
If you don’t hear back within a reasonable amount of time (usually a few business days), follow up with customer service to ensure your claim is being processed.
7. Payments
7.1. Mk Kitchen and Bath accepts the following forms of payment for all orders: Cash, Check (Personal or Business), Certified Check, Visa, Mastercard, E-Check, Wire Transfer.
7.2. Mk Kitchen and Bath reserves the right to request a certified check for any order at its discretion, regardless of the initial payment method selected. This ensures that the payment is secure and verified before processing and shipment.

8. Taxes and Exemptions
8.1. Mk Kitchen and Bath requires resale certificates for all dealers in every state. If you are purchasing products for resale, a valid resale certificate must be provided. This applies to all dealers, regardless of location, and is required for us to process your order without charging sales tax.
8.2. Resale certificates can be emailed to sales@mkkitchenandbath.com.
Please note that failure to provide a valid resale certificate will result in the application of sales tax in accordance with applicable state laws. We recommend submitting the resale certificate as early as possible to avoid any delays in processing your order.
9. Returned Checks
9.1. In the event that a check is returned due to insufficient funds or any other issue, MK Kitchen and bath will impose a $35 returned check fee for all returned checks.
Additionally, any promotional discounts applied to the original invoice will be removed, and the dealer will be responsible for paying the difference. This means the buyer is liable for the full invoice amount, excluding the discount.
9.2. Important Notes Regarding Returned Checks:
- Full payment of the original invoice (including the returned check fee) must be received before any shipments can be processed.
